Par exemple, les muscadets pour l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9, les viogniers du Rh\u00f4ne pour leurs textures et faible acidit\u00e9, les madirans pour leur opacit\u00e9 et leurs tannins, et les grenaches ou encore les pinots noirs, plus transparents et plus faibles en tannins.
